Here's a Capitaine of the Armée de l'Air Française I drew with my beautiful skills *sarcasm*. The red insignia in the up right is the one of the SPA 84 (or the 84e Escadrille if you prefer) aka "Tête de Renard" (Fox's head) and the blue insignia is the one of the EC 2/5 aka "Île de France", the Escadre of the SPA 84, the SPA 124 "Jeanne d'Arc" and the SPA 46 "Trident".
115-OF it's the identifiant of a Mirage 2000.
Why SPA? Because the last planes they flown in 1918 were the SPAD but there are also some squadron which wear the name of N for Nieuport or BR for Bréguet.
