That's right, through the magic of modding, I'm currently working on a project to bring Renamon into Brawl. Thanks to 3DS Studio Max, this is possible, somewhat tricky model to rig but it's getting there Hope you enjoy! I normally don't post these kinds of pics but in this case, I see no harm in doing so

You essentially have to rig the vertices of a given part of the model over a specific bone. Brawl characters have a skeleton and different names for each bone; if you wanted to rig an arm, you have to work from the shoulder down, then the arm, then the hand and then the fingers. Selecting and deselecting the vertices is how this is done, but they all have to have a weight/influence of 1.0 otherwise the rig will be a mess of stray vertices. I've been doing this for a good amount of time and I think I've pretty much gotten the hang of it. Kitty Corp Meow Mix/Brawl Vault has many good tutorials on how to do it, the preferred versions are 3DS Max 2010 and 2011, newer versions dont' work properly with .dae/FBX model exporting.
