Why yes she was based on the wolf in julies wolf pack. Iceblink had only one mate, although Knives wanted her. Kari was the one for her, after giving birth to his pups shortly after Kari disappeared leaving the healer bitter. She raised a proud beta, from their litter. She died of old age much like her friend and alpha male.
