Adoptable/Design TOS
-The original art of a design is allowed to be used by the owner of the design only. Minor alterations can be made to the piece: write text, add piercing, etc. They have the right to post it in any gallery/website they chose as long as they follow the above ToS. They do NOT have the right to claim the art as their own or make major alterations to the art. This permission can be revoked at any time should I not feel comfortable with it. I still require credit for any art I’ve done.
-Please do not buy with intent to resell. That means you can not buy the character to just sell later.
-Do not resell a design for more than you paid unless art/literature has been made of said design. This includes auctioning as well.
-Trading or gifting a design is fine as long as the person is aware of my ToS.
-The new owner of the design may feel free to change it in any way they see fit. The design is yours.
-Failure to pay for a design will revoke all rights to use the design. I will resell any design that is unpaid for.
