Oh look what I did oops. IT's a WIP but I wanted to share him uwu;

I don't know if it's yet apparent to some, but frills, gills, webs, tongues(s) and vibrant colors are a few of my favorite things.

I had some help and a lil bit of input for this guy, but he finally came to. He was inspired by a few things I saw today and remembered. But I absolutely love him to death already uguuu.

He has yes three sets of frilly frills, his ears are little flapped holes on the side of his head. He can fold down a pair at a time or multiples.
E.g when 'relaxed' he has his third set put down. Most of the time he will keep up the first set (smallest) to enhance his hearing. Sort of like cupping your hands around your ears!

His vibrant colors are often used as a defense/offensive gesture. When threatened he will throw up his frills and tail. Most of the time the bright colors startle would be attackers. Otherwise they're just used to try and get the ladies but often time it attracts more than just them <:3c; He doesn't know what to do with himself when this occurs he'll just flop his frills and get all quiet. He's quite stunted in the relationship department.

Personality wise, he's very calm, get's embarrassed easily but often times enjoys any kind of company willing to talk to him or just sit with. He also always likes to eat new things, often times stealing his company's food or snacks, so be warned not to even hint at having any if you want any for yourself.

Other tidbits:
-Yes his two tongues are prehensile together and individually.
-The orange sack on his throat and on his back are 'air' pockets. Technically when he is on land, they fill with water, that cycles through the gills on his neck. They Aallow him to breathe on land for a few hours at a time, until the water is used up or evaporates from the sun depending on weather conditions.
-His tail has a poisonous tip so be warned, a single prick from his tail can mean ultimate death. <:3c Unless he sucks the poison out. In which case he may be too embarrassed or shocked to realize he should do that!

He does not yet have a name, nor a species name. Please refrain from making one of these babbies for I would like to keep him one of a kind for the time being! I humbly ask you and thank you for not doing so. ;v;
