Get it? Riot's the name of this sweet little baby fox, and she's just so cute!!! Another pic of me holding her, and sorry my facial expression doesn't show much, I suck at smiling Anyways, hope you enjoy the pic regardless lol!

Adult foxes are not that different than adult malamute... Foxes are going to get bored and they are going to get into stuff... It's they way they are... So you have to out think them and think ahead of them so you keep them safe.

Giving them a lot of enrichment will help a lot, a large outdoor enclosure is a must, keeping them indoors is a major detriment to their well being. Foxes will be foxes and do fox things, with that said, they can still be very friendly to people

oh I'm sure, having been around wolves and coyotes taught me to respect them and understand there is still a wild side to them and love and enjoy all the share with me.

One thing's for sure, being around them has helped me learn a lot about them, but also that I definitely have felt (and continue to feel) their affection

Nah, she (my fox breeder friend) wanted to get them, they're really hard to import into Utah.

I don't know yet, vixens tend to smell a lot less than males do as far as musk is concerned

Sure, she does stink (all foxes do to some degree), but when she greets me every time I do my volunteer work, it's just so cute how she gets excited!

I don't see her every day, but twice a month or so, she doesn't smell too bad, but does have a distinct smell

Raccoons can be surprisingly affectionate too, but are more unpredictable, with foxes, people generally don't have anything to worry about
