so i guess this could be considered one of those 'redraw this image!' things, since it was a re-do of a piece i did back in '04 and left at a kinko's after getting prints made for a con. honestly, it's hardly comparable to the original, and i'm glad for it.

i'm also glad i've figured out a good way of doing more full, realistic skin tones. that was always my weakest point with marker work, so it feels like a major improvement on that front too. i'm glad to be back into the swing of things. also, my new nib is A+++ for being fine but firm. glad i picked it up. the ink is mehhh but so it goes.
