I usually go to bed around 11. When I do, I put my sleeper back on over my thick diaper and then climb in bed. Thats pretty much all there is to it. Oh, I do say prayer before going to bed, makes me feel good. When it's really hot, I just sleep in my diaper and have a fan blow on me while I sleep. Or I don't wear a diaper at all and just sleep in a thin absorbent nightshirt.
