This is a difficult and creepy area of the Labyrinth. In this cave, stalactites on the ceiling constantly drip a thick black liquid. This is actually a creature known as a binder. They slither along the floor until they come into range of their prey. When in range, they lunge at the prey's bum or crotch and then engulf the prey's pelvis in itself and sealing the waist with a yellow rope. This cannot be removed under normal circumstances, thus the player is unable to remove their dirty diapers or pull ups and will lead to a rash, which reduces maximum health as shown in the bar to the right. The only ways to remove are to use a consumable item or sit down on something hot, it is immune to water.

I love how this turned out. Don't I look cute as I try to stop myself from using my diaper since I'd get a rash?
