Everything about this seems more natural to her. When she's in those clothes, she feels like she's having to play dress-up for society but, here, she's completely natural without actually looking cliched.

I'd hate to think she'd look a bit butch in her dress like she were a guy in drag than a female wearing something fancy (even if it doesn't suit her).
