Perdikitti commissioned me to do something I don't normally do. I'm not sure how this will turn out, but I have high hopes and have been pouring over multiple reference sources (will list everything once I post the final version). This piece is 11x14 rather than my usual 9x12, and doesn't fit in my scanner. Apologies for the cellphone camera pic. It's very rough at this stage, and I'm going over my pencils in colored ink so I can tell the various layers apart when I go to transfer the image to the final surface for proper ink and paints. Just the characters marked in so far.
