Irwin has traveled to another dimension where the age of magic has come and gone. In its wake came industry and progress. However Irwin is not a welcomed visitor of this strange world and must travel at night to study the city. Here was have a unfortunate enough bystander out for a smoke on the roof during a rainy night to see the dragon mage looking at the city, before turning to the intruder, his glowing eyes looking demonic under that hood along with his soft pulsing blue tattoos. His tail swishing in aggravation as he contemplated on how to be rid of this intruder.
