Been working on for a while on a little fan art for oddworld
how Abe would react to alien from the planet Juvenilia.

Some how Delilah ends up on Oddworld would have been captured by vykkers (darted)
by using an experimental ufo to cyber jump to other worlds for more test subjects

Little do they know that Zelliahs are more dangerous then they look not with just claws and physical prowess
but the flexible like ribbons horns that act like whips that ether can cast hard blows if the ends are curled up like ram horns also uses to grapple.

The ribbon like horns can also be used scale walls similar to Paramites.

The horns feel silky and light like ribbons but hard crystalline form like a diamond.

Zelliah horns are weak to copper much like how diamond cutters have copper wedges to cut diamonds.
It would feel like a hot burning pain on the horns if say a copper baton hit another part of the body depending on the force it would be normal pain but Zelliahs are hardy and wilful and don’t quit easy even if they physically pass out.

Any how Delilah would likely bust out of the lab using alpha waves from her sonar.
(its a strange wailing siren sound its mostly used for songs but also is a cry if in extreme pain)

The sonar would cause the lab machines to malfunction. Naturally to wanting to get the hell away…
Delilah frantically beats up any poor sod that tries to stop her though would be a struggle with a big bro Slig would try to avoid.

She ends up in some ruins deep in the jungles of Necrum thus encounters Abe.

Zelliahs have some telepathic sense that allow to sense intentions to some extent.
Thus would sense Abe is good but would be still wary and naturally shaken and still confused..
