Just a WIP of a beach environment I'm drawing. I'm really happy with the clouds, but the water needs help, and I can't figure out how to give it volume.

Have you tried using a render tool, or engine? Some game engines and rendering tools such as UDK lighting and Unity can give that water some texture and volume!
