Month of My Little Pony prank pics meant I produced a lot of ugly pictures, and then a few to alleviate the overall ugly. The one this was originally from was actually not so bad http://fav.me/d7ayu6f . It featured the D-Arts Poseable Mewtwo figurine. Unfortunately his pose meant I couldn't really post Mewtwo solo with the background involved, which was unfortunate. Decided that I was bored anyway and could still play around with it. In the end, I photomanipulated the now seamless Mewtwo figurine even further, to make my favorite, longstanding Mewthree, character, Mewblade out of it. So if anyone wants to know what a D-Arts Mewblade would look like, here we have it.
Anyway, once I edited Mewtwo to the state I wanted, Mewblade was dead simple. Adjust colors accordingly and voila, Mewblade. Evidently I'm not quite fond of the really big headed Mewtwo body-type since I know I draw my own Mewtwo and Mewthree images with different proportions. Like it better that way since like seriously, the head would be the size of the entire body otherwise and that would be ridiculous. Image is an easy compilation of my usual backgrounds and cheesy framing. The background black hole thing comes in a lovely wallpaper size http://fav.me/d7a3x58 in case anyone wants to use it. Evidently, as Mew is considered "The Sun" (at least by Mewtwo), and Mewtwo has poetically referred to himself as "it's shadow" (the Moon, which was in the original image), I either had two options, refer to Mewblade as some sort of Earthly thing, which she isn't, or go with the sort of black hole references that tend to better suit her. She's my leading lady of the destructive forces; despite never acting on them, so the choice was simple.
