Fish Lips and Vox the Dragon
So here they are! Vox and Fish's forms during their stay in Equestria. I tried to get down the MLP style for the ref, in hopes that it will help me during the comic. Vox was so stinking hard to make, since I didn't actually base him off Spike. He's leaner and has a completely different body type. But it was worth it, I guess. I'm not really sure how far I'll take the comic, but it's been fun so far and I've been loving all the feedback that I've been getting from all of you :) The comic was never to be taken seriously, just something fun and absolutely random!
Hopefully this will help me prep for another big comic in the future! ;) Drawing the same characters in a row in the same style has always been a struggle, but I think I'm improving. An important tip I've learned is to make a ref sheet of different angles of your main characters. That way it looks consistent. Anyways, enjoy this visual and hopefully I'll keep up with the comic :)
