Biography: A son of Jet-Vac and Hoot Loop and older twin brother of Dream Ring. As a child, he was very active and loves flying, he is also into lightning, which was why he sees Free Ranger as an uncle and an idol to him, and also taught him the power of the storm, while growing up, he was wondering why his parents spent so much time with his sister because she was born a weakling and raising her and why he was raised by Free Ranger, but wasn't jealous of her at all. When he and Dream Ring grew up and became Skylanders, he knew that Dream Ring will be OK and will fight as a family.
Abilities:

Primary attack: Lightning cannons - Shoots lightning bolts from his cannon attached to his gloves.

Secondary attack: Spinning tornado - Spins around like a tornado and attacks enemies in his way.

Basic upgrade: Flight - Storm Blast can fly around with his wings, increased speed and armor while flying.

Soul Gem upgrade: Lightning barrier - Armor is increased, and whenever Storm Blast takes damage from enemies, lightning will strike them!

*Edit* The latest Trap Master Skylander of the Air Element, Thunderbolt has a catchphrase "The Storm is coming" was too similar to Storm Blast's old catchphrase "Storm's coming", so I changed it to "Storm of the Century*.
