the best way to describe this character is... well the base of fluttershy (so very shy and finds it difficult to make friends) with a disturbing past (including her parents torturing her and her dad getting drunk and raping her) and she is also a self harmer (cuts her wrists) so she is a very disturbed character, the player can choose whether to date her (and eventually help her with her troubles/ flashbacks) or ruin her life completely... or leave her alone and find someone else.
lol some will say that there should be more choice for the gay gamers but... well... i'm not gay, so it's hard enough trying to design an "attractive" male love interest without having to make more and more with thei own little quirks or fetishes... or whatever... since i have no idea what it is men want in men lol
