Picosomus is relatively calm and easy going. She's getting up there in age and is constantly being worn out by chasing Lazuli around all the time to keep(try) to keep her out of trouble or doing something stupid, which 8-10 times fails because Lazuli is a stupid dee dee dee.
If she's not doing much she'll be seen in this pose to rest or relax until she hears someone yelling at Laz LOL.
