So...since this wasn't in the wip pic....Seemed to want a bit of re-imagining of the colours and i needed to rest my drawing paw for an hour, so....
Sketched and inked late one night of unpaid overtime around '94 when i was supposed to be working on some dreadfully dull animation project...Original colour was from around '03 ??:

Yes, well sword/guns are awkward weapons at best - the blade shoots off, misses, then you have to try to load another blade in while a miffed unicorn is rushing you...or...it might get her laughing - then it's 'survival of the most charming' (the theory proposed by Darles Charmin)...

The colours on the old file were on 16 layers - i readjusted each layer to get what felt like a more harmonious subtle colouring...but which lacked a bit of fire....so i copied the old version on top of the new and using a textured eraser erased almost all of the old version - then turned down it's opacity. Then a bit of new painting of hi-lights etc.
