I'm going to definitely favorite this. As a game student, I never actually learned or figured out how to texture fur (as much as I'd love to do fur/hair). This tutorial makes it look really easy. One question though, what version of photoshop does this use? Would it work on Photoshop CS5 and does it require any special plugins?

I currently use photoshop CC. There's nothing really special about this one, other than you might need to make your own fur brush, though there are a lot available on DA and other places if you just want to grab one somewhere. I used this same technique in Photoshop CS3 so it should work in CS5.
