I commissioned this way back when, from 
as the first step to doing something... more. I never really had the time to actually get my teeth into what I was intending to do with this, so it sat around to annoy me thanks to my lack of time to dedicate to ~the project~.
I was trying to force myself to learn organic/natural modelling. I am, however, AWFUL with anatomy. Always have been; no matter how long I throw into a piece of work, if it's anything remotely organic, I am never, ever even remotely happy with what I produce. I figured having a really good base to work from would help push me in the right direction; but I just never had the free time to dedicate to doing the job properly.
Things have been moving recently, though, so I'm reposting it (finally) to my own gallery, so I can keep a bunch of stuff together.
Also, somewhere along the line (as in, I just did it now), I dumped my old FA account, because the username was awful, and I wanted something not insane, especially if I'm going to be posting a bunch of stuff on a semi-regular basis.
