Just a short (only 973 words, I need to get better at this D:<) story to help me get an idea of what Cross and Kagami's surroundings might be like. I don't think I've drawn Kagami in her most recent rendition yet, so you guys will have to see!

This is probably largely inspired by a scene from Fahrenheit 451... I have to write a long essay on it over the summer, so I've been thinking about it a lot. That road scene was really interesting.

For these two, I'm probably going to go for a Wild Adapter-esque thing, taking place a couple decades ago but not too long and in a somewhat dangerous city sort of setting. That's what came to my mind when I drew my most recent work of Cross, anyway.
