$350 USD for full painting with background
(+$100 for additional character)

Terms of Service

Will draw: Animals, anthros, humans, mechanical beings, etc. and all kinds of backgrounds.
Will NOT draw: Full nudity, overtly sexual themes, fetish art, severe violence
Mature content guidelines: Pinup style poses and blood/minor injuries are okay. Top nudity (in a non-sexual context) is allowed, but bottom nudity is not; genitals will either be compositionally censored or will not be depicted.

A +20% complexity fee applies for each character with a highly complicated design (e.g. similar to Genshin Impact or Spectrobes).

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Generative AI clause: Use of my work, in whole or in part, for any kind of generative AI training or production is strictly prohibited. Any use of generative AI during the commission process (including but not limited to reference images, written correspondence, or training AI models on imagery) will result in immediate termination of the artist-client relationship.

Turnaround Times

Paintings are typically completed in 1 to 2 weeks each. This is a general expectation and not a guarantee. Deadlines are allowed, but must be negotiated before payment is made and will incur a rush fee.

Revisions

Base fees for a painting allow for one to two loose sketches for initial approval, plus one round of revisions on the sketch. Once the sketch is approved, major compositional elements are final, but small adjustments are allowed. I will send the client one to two WIP (work-in-progress) shots throughout the process to allow the opportunity for adjustments.

Payment

I will email the client an invoice, which provides a link to pay with a debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely through Square. PayPal invoices are also available upon request.

Payment is taken in full up front by default. If the client requests a payment plan, 50% of the total fee is due up front, and the remaining 50% is due before the completed work is delivered.

The client may be eligible for a partial refund should they wish to cancel. Payments are made for a service, and therefore, availability of refunds is based on the amount of work that is left to be done. No refunds will be offered once the final work is ready to be delivered.

Should the artist need to cancel the project for any reason, the client shall be refunded in full regardless of the stage of completion.

Sharing Completed Work

Commissioned artwork is for personal, noncommercial use only. The work will be shared publicly on my artist pages and social media fees All rights related to the work not specifically negotiated in the contract remain with the artist. Please obtain written permission from the artists before substantially altering commissioned artwork.

If you own the rights to the character in the artwork and decide to sell the character itself, you may not represent yourself as selling ownership rights to any of the artwork.

Posting the artwork you have commissioned to your own social media is welcome, provided that a link back to my profile or to the original upload is included on the post. My profiles are:
