Part of a commission for a friend of a friend.
Spark Mandrill from Mega Man X. I think this is the largest sprite pixel-wise of all the mavericks that I'll be doing for now. He turned out pretty decently and ironed just fine. I'm really starting to feel confident about my work!
He's about 16" by 12" or so. Maybe bigger by a few inches. I didn't quite measure.

I use the masking tape method, which takes me quite a while to line everything up perfectly. I also go rather slow on ironing to make sure that everything is ironed enough to fuse together properly. I actually let the sprites cool for 3-4 hours before I flip them to iron the other side- that usually ensures they're much flatter when I finally finish them.
