Texture Tuesday: Rock Tutorial

So I've decided that I need to do more practice with textures and materials. And what better way to practice than to make tutorials for others? It also helps me remember my own progress. So I'm going to try to post a new tutorial for textures every Tuesday. Feel free to request certain textures and materials you'd like to see me make a tutorial on. I'll make one if I can figure it out, m'self!
I used Photoshop CC for this particular tutorial, but the techniques I used you can use in any version of photoshop over PS 7 (I think, whatever allows textures on brushes).
There are of course a million ways to make different rock textures.
