Well Lucario is weak to psychic type moves. Close combat is a strong move and can always go first, due to Lucario's speed, and Moonblast is a fairy type move, and dragon types are weak against fairy type moves.
Hmm... I can't decide for the other one. Though I do see a good chance of Bruanham winning if he plays his cards right.

I think so. I see some type disadvantage for Charchar, and Lucario can learn Dragon Pulse, so if he were to use that on Flygon, then it might be super effective against it and Lapras might be able to defeat the other two, if he plays his cards right. So yeah, Bruan.
