Wrath's Level 85+ Complete Worgen Collection 01/03/2014
Three years ago, a long time friend of mine,
Thornbrier, revealed to me World of Warcraft Cataclysm. For better or for worse, this game changed my life. Admittedly, the only reason I started this game was because there was a race of cockney speaking werewolves called Worgen. Explaining their backstory would take too much time and shouldn't have any impact on appreciatign this masterpiece.
Anyway, I started the game as a rogue, worked her way to 85, and stopped for a little while. Then I looked at the game again a few months later and thought to myself "Wouldn't it be great if I could get a worgen up to 85 in every class available?" Then the transmogification feature came out and I thought "Great! Now I can make them look super pretty!" And so I continued my project on WoW for the next three years, working on them one character after another. And now, Rose Finna, the last worgen character I needed, just reached level 85. I was so fatigued from several cans of pepsi, I wasn't able to express my excitement...and it was seven in the morning.
Some people would see this as a complete waste of time(my family, mostly)...but for me, this was worth the time and effort putting into the design for each of these characters, trying to make them look cool and even unique. It was no different than my little brother collecting toys or my sister collecting dolls or even my dad collecting tins or even my older brother collecting cards. It wasn't a MMO for me...it was a collection hobby.
This picture here is a self-commemoration of my work, time and effort...three years of that. This picture represents three years of playing the game, 51 individual screenshots, about an hour for finding a location for taking the screenshots, and about 6 non-stop hours of editing in photoshop to position all my characters in the same shot as if they were there.
Even though many of the people who used to play WoW with me are not around these days, I want to take some time to list out everyone who helped make this possible. I could not have been able to complete this collection without you. My thanks goes out to the following people:
Richard Blackborn
Michael Watson
Thomas Chuch, his wife Phire and everyone from the guilds Knights of Evermore and Phoenixx Rising
Burke Jensen
Fraser Irvine
Brandon Hynes
Darren Mills
James Nance

THANK YOU! THANK ALL OF YOU! You all made this possible, in one way or another. I could've never done this without any of you.
...Well! So this leaves me with only one major predicament. After working on these characters for three years, after all that work, I am only plagued by one question...What do I do now??? o_o I mean, I finally accomplish my goal but I've been doing it for so long, I'm lost at what to do with the game. I suppose I haven't touched Mists of Pandaria yet with any characters except my pandaren on the Horde...I could probably get the alliance toon I've been wanting to continue for ages. Do I go on to make a new collection...? Taurens or Pandarens, maybe? I don't know! :O
Regardless of where I go from here, I hope you can all appreciate this pic and the hard work put behind it.
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU GRIPE! It'll save you the embarassment of making a jackass out of yourself.

I felt the same way with the TAURENS. Thanks to Cataclysm and Mists of Panadaria I got more TAUREN classes to play. The only class I seem to be doomed to never enjoy is a WARLOCK. I've been in the HORDE for like 5 years now but none of the races that can be Warlocks interest me nor do I like it. I noticed that playing a CLASS on a RACE you enjoy makes for a really enjoyable experience. I love the WORGEN a lot and I could play my last reaming class on them but I'll feel completely alone in a strange world playing as an ALLIANCE. It really annoys me...
Anyhow, I really love this. I didn't know doing something like THIS could prevent you from having your submission removed. I'd love to showcase my TAURENS some day.

Well, I can't say that I understand it (as there is nothing that I collect as a hobby, besides maybe fursona badges)... but if it makes you happy and doesn't interfere too much with your life, then cool.
And good on you for making some kickass ladies. I don't like the WoW character designs for women, but you worked with them to make some decently cool characters.
