Nothing.. it's a "whatever, screw him"-sort of thing (atleast.. that's how I intended it ^^;) you know.. like erh.. can't come up with any good examples but I'm sure I've picked it up from watching TV.. so it must be real

i heard something like it on TV too, only using a funny rhyme with the name as if it was "the hell with him/her" i think, :/ i cant remember any example neither
