Jenny isn't super musclebound or anything, but she is a touch toned, and you generally don't get that way without taking a little bit of care of yourself! Here, then, is a peek at Jenny doing a bit of exercise. She usually just goes out for a hike or a jog, but it never hurts to do a little strength training now and then!

I had this piece done partially to serve as an example of what I mean when I describe Jenny as toned, and I've always thought that musculature is really fun to admire in art. It might not be porn (for once in my gallery!), but I still think Jenny is awfully hot here.

While I'm certainly no fitness guru, I've read that it's common for women to have problems with upper body strength exercises, but also that it doesn't have to be that way. Anybody can build muscle with the right training, attitude, work, and healthy choices. Don't give up!
