Very nicely done. I like how you tease the audience by now showing us that your character has regressed, yet. We know it's happened by the fact that his bed is twice the length of him, but you neglect the gritty details, which keeps us interested. Very nice. I also really like the faces in this one, Komi looks nice and confused, and his choice of wording in the last panel implies that his regression went deeper than just becoming physically younger. The mother's unsurprised expression kind of intrigues me, as well. Looking forward to the next part in this series, and great work as always.
If I may offer a critique...
I'm kind of thrown off that you introduced the doctor in the last page, but this page lurches us forward to assumedly, the next day.
I mean, unless you're doing something where it turns out this page and here on out are all in Komi's mind and he's actually still at the doctor's, it doesn't make much sense to me.
And even then, I'd have prefered you showing the doctor either putting him into a trance, or giving him medicine, or an injection or something.
I guess what I'm saying is this page seems to have interrupted the flow you had going without explanation.
Just my $.02.
The actual page itself is pretty good. Is there any reason you don't opt for word balloons?

Yeah, I guess I kinda agree.
It reminds me of when I had my wisdom teeth removed though; I only really remember going into the office and then waking up at home, to hear stories about things I allegedly did while I was still a little silly from the anesthesia. If it's being told from Komi's perspective I can see why, at least.
