Oh, you can tell by the doctor's expression that this is totally going to go over swimmingly for Komi. He just screams, "Totally not doing anything shifty. Nope. What makes you ask that?" I love the casual, sarcastic demeanor, and it's great because Komi is the only one who's left out of the loop. We know what's about to happen to him, and the doctor knows what's going to happen to him, heck, his MOTHER knows what's going to happen to him, but yet he's completely oblivious to the whole thing. I like the minimalistic room design. It really draws the eye right where it's supposed to: the doctor, and his chair which may or may not contain more than we can already see. The blue/pink color scheme and the long shadow in the foreground help give a sense of light atmosphere to the readers. Even if we didn't know what was about to happen, the slightly off-center oddball lighting and colors give me a bit of a touchy 'this isn't going to end well' sensation in my gut, and I like to imagine Komi is feeling that same thing, too, but brushes it aside for obvious reasons.
Again, I like where this is going, and look forward to seeing more!

On one hand I'm put off a little by the extreme punishment for being a typical teenager, and on the other hand I realize it's totally fiction and regression is awesome.
