So I was watching Rankin Bass Christmas specials all day on christmas Eve--primarily stuff involving Rudolph--and I was just asking myself what makes Rudolph so freaking special? This Holiday Fantasy stuff has its own mythos, its own system of magic, characters, cosmology, etc., It's a lot like Rise of the Guardians.

Anyway, seeing how I thought it was purely ridiculous how important they were playing Rudolph up to be, I decided to draw an even more ridiculous portrayal of the character if he were, say, a guardian from Rise of the Guardians. To that end, I've decided to make him a rune priest. What I list next are the qualifications that made me consider this.

Accomplishments:
-Saved Christmas Twice
-Stopped the ancient wizard Winterbolt's plot to overthrow Santa and conquering the north pole.
-Prevented the End of Time itself

Powers
-Flight
-His red nose which can emit light and heat
-Blessed with the last remaining power of the the goddess Lady Boreal to become the final line of defense against Winterbolt

Skills
-Incredibly agile
-Strong enough to pull santa's sleigh as his lead
-Capable of flying around the world to deliver presents to children in one night.
-These talents are all clearly magical based and due to Lady Boreal's blessing rather than the conditioning the other reindeer go through to be a part of santa's team.
-Durable enough to survive the elements of the frozen north.

Strengths
-Brave, Earnest, Kind, Compassionate, Adamant, Honest, Loyal, Faithful

Weaknesses
-Too nice for his own good, Easily Tricked, Little experience with violence, Does not overcome his trials easily.
