Merry Christmas, guys. Now, in case you wanted me to draw something Christmas themed, too bad. I don't do holiday pictures. Instead, I'm resuming the Elemental Force project, with 20 new members, including 13 new Elemental Enemies. Ursa Major's being replaced by a gigantic, strong, yet intelligent shrew nicknamed Fissure. The Super Visor is being upgraded into Super Visor 2.0. And there will even be an Elemental Enemy who controls ALL 10 elements.
Now to start things off, here's the first of two Steam element members, and I am probably boring you, but yeah this guy's a fatty. ...Okay, he's technically not fat, he just has a shell and huge armor, but still. I'm afraid I'm gonna bore you again by saying the OTHER Steam element's gonna be an even bigger fatso than this guy. ...But they're the only fat characters coming out of this batch, I swear! (I lied.)
Another thing, this guy is loosely based off of Guntz from Shining Force. Since Guntz was an armadillo, and I can't use an animal I've already used to keep the characters fresh, I picked a different character. Of all the steam elementals, this guy is the only true Steampunk styled character. ...Finally I must confess I am not too proud with how he came out, but I like him regardless.
Name: Grant Treivoli
Nickname: Baron Battle
House: Steam
Age: 86 (Like real turtles, turtles in Grah and Gina's world live longer than most creatures. 86 is quite young for a tortoise.)
Gender: Male
Species: Tortoise
Bio: Many say, where Goentz Trevor was born was the birth place of steam technology. Many a creations were crafted in the kingdom of Cogyucytox (Cog-U-Kai-Tox) including strong armor, smoke shooting weapons, and steam powered propellers. It is said that the Cogyucytox kingdom has the strongest army in the world, and the fact that it still stands with many clues suggesting of past battles around the kingdom, as well as the kingdom's own words backs up this claim.
Baron Battle is just a random soldier from the army of Cogyucytox, but is a high ranked soldier who is the leader of a small battalion of members. While not among the generals, his rank is still respectable. His armor comes equiped with wheels on its feet, which helps Baron Battle move when his steam powered propeller is on, and his lance shoots smoke, which helps him in a one on one battle by obscuring the opponents view. ...But then again, he's so well protected that hurting him is hard. He has no helmet to protect his soft head with, he can only duck into his armor, where he's protected by a cowl in the back, and a small visor in the front.
Baron Battle heard of the Elemental Force one day when the triple S team visited Cogyucytox, looking for new recruits. Baron Battle was the first to volunteer for a position, in order to show off the might of the Cogyucytox army, and was chosen to be a member.
Abilities:
Set A: Smoke Steam: Baron Battle uses his steam exhausts to slow his targets down. The steam is hot and can cause a little damage to targets. He secretes steam from his lance to slow his targets down in front. He can use his steam charge to charge forward into enemies and deal good damage. He also leaves a trail of steam smoke when charging that can slow his opponents just like his lance steam. He can summon many sprays of hot steam from his shell to hurt surrounding units. Finally he can summon whirlwinds of steam smoke. They move slow but travel far, plus they hurt and immobilize foes.
Set B: Full Steam Ahead: Baron Battle's steam propeller sends him at a nice pace, but he can't go as fast here as he can in Smoke Stream's charge. Instead, he can do other things depending on whether it's turned on or off. His attacks will generally be more powerful and careful when turned off, but when it's off, this metal-clad turtle is as slow as, well, a metal-clad turtle. In "S" (Slow) mode, he uses his trusty lance to attack his opponents in front. He shoots strong, hot steam against those who attack from behind, and can even combine the two. He can also send a strong forcefield which damages and pushes back, but has a bit off cool-off time. In "F" mode, he can thrust his lance forward and fight anything in his patch. He can spin his frame wildly in place to send a whirl of steam outward to hurt and slow enemies, then go back on his way, and finally he can body slam opponents. This does EXCRUCIATING damage if it hits. ...But regardless if it does or doesn't, he is left open for a LONG time.
(I changed his name. I just like Grant better than Goentz. Plus Grant's an actual common name.)
