She really hates Guns but she needs to defend her self.
Though she could always use her telekinesis and toss them around like rag dolls...

She could do a lots of things. Not only can she do telekinesis, but other forms of ESP as well, and her body also hosts the spirit of her peoples Goddess Mithura if she ever needed to take it up a notch.
She was told long ago to use her natural powers to help others not hurt, and to not let the goddess Mithura ever take full control of her body (its like a bottled hurricane on a leash...).
So she rarely uses her powers, especially for low level threats. She tends to use whips, and her shocksword (basically a TASER in sword from) and a stun gun. If she has to amp things up she'll toss people around. She only uses her own full power when dealing with more "cosmic" threats. Should things get even worse then she might summon Mithura, but only at a last resort.
