this isn't a very good pic but I'm putting this here toake note of it.

egg Mcmuffin things are good but with all that cheese and butter and bacon it seems like a heavy breakfast that isn't the best for you. I can't say what I tossed together was any better.

its just something simple off the top of my head. I had some salsa left from Tijuana Flats. so while I was gone I put just a splash of rum in it and let it sit for a week. just because. I had some hard boiled eggs on hand and I diced one up and mixed it in with my salsa monster. and because I couldn't leave well enough alone and it was me eating it... I assaulted it with habanero peppers.


originally I made this as a spread for a bagel but I had more spread than I did bagel. for the bagles I just brushed some garlic and.butter lightly over the top and toasted them in the oven till they were golden brown.

making a note of this as its something I should play with again in the future
