Here's my bow put together. Again, it's a nice little entry level Korean brand recurve take down. For the price it's actually really good quality, and it's made from all zebra wood. You don't often see many take down bows that are made entirely of wood, even with the more expensive ones.
Um... I guess I should be a little clear on something... I don't really hunt. Well... I couldn't hunt very effectively with this bow anyways. It's only 32 lb draw. I like to do target and range shooting.
I'm not against those that hunt for meat and to feed their families. A good size deer can feed your family for like six months. I just don't like the idea of killing, and I'm not keen on the butchery process.
maybe I might try to go for some wild pheasant sometime because they can over run an area quickly in some cases, and they reproduce quickly so you're not risking killing off an entire species. Still though the idea just seems kinda meh to me.
