I don't have an easy way to answer the question of who she is since I don't have the comic I drew that she appeared in scanned or uploaded (it ran in Furrlough issue #72), but a relatively quick way to see some other examples of her would be to do a search here on FA using the keywords "toonfx Gloria" and "reynolds Gloria". That should at least show you how I and other people have interpreted the character.
