It's good luck!

Many of you may not know this, but Kramer, living in Thailand, lives virtually like a king. Several times, he's been sort of "chased out" of work, as it's preposterous that a creature of Kramer's prestige should have to work.

So, the Father Monk of the Highest Order of Buddha (probably not what he is IRL) in Thailand gave him a "job" of a different sort: weekly, he is to sit in a humongous waht, and accept the merit offerings of Buddhist devotees. Often, these tributes come in the form of food. Here, Kramer just indulged himself on a billionair's offering of 3 full semi-trucks full of Mango Sticky Rice, one of my most favorite dishes ever! The bulges are being caused by that more-than-usual binge, but Kramer is quite content.
