Bio: Life is a video game to this purely evil octopod. He has no moral compass what-so-ever. His parents spoiled him, and he got away with everything in school, thanks to the lenience of his parents. As such, he turned into a very bad egg really easily.
He trained his mind daily to be one of the most powerful psy-kinetic mages in the universe. He has an IQ of only 126, but a psychic IQ of over five-hundred BILLION. His brain is so massive, that it became a running gag for his entire head to not be shown until the final fight between him and the Elemental Force. Spoiler Alert: It's the size of Luna! ...Not really, but still astronomically huge. The only one of the Elemental Force members who has seen the size of his brain is Shineblade.
The Cloak became so powerful that he managed to raise his own army, big enough to take over any planet. ...Except Webula, the Rachnus homeworld where Shineblade calls home. Shineblade and the Cloak have become mortal foes. And after failing to take over Webula, The Cloak is now after Animababylon.
But why is he called "The Cloak" you ask? When coming up with nicknames for himself, he wanted to avoid names that referred to his massive brain, and eventually looked to his body, where his tentacles are connected by a huge cloak. And so, he settled for that name. That, and it sounded cool.
The Cloak also had a lot of followers including the Elemental Enemies. One good thing about the cloak is that he does not kill his henchmen when they fail. Failure earns punishment, but as long as the cloak can still use someone, he won't kill them. Only when they try to quit his ranks will capitol punishment be involved.
