This is totally a thing now, like the IBSFA. I've done a little work on the lore. It's not a simple "cyborg bimbos take over the world" type of thing, they are a faction in a world where society has collapsed and fertile males are rare and fought and traded over.
The Bimborgs are a faction of cyborgs that see bimbos as the ideal form. They capture females & non-fertile males and turn them into cyborg bimbos, while fertile males are enslaved and used as breeding studs. Not a popular faction with anyone else.
