Lazuli is like the most ridiculous Kiso. She acts fairly naive, and really can push your buttons man. The only thing she takes seriously is when she's on duty as royal guard. Protecting the royal family and friends at all cost and she'll be damned if anything gets past her without forehand permission.
She uses her elements to change the color of the blade of her short sword, liking that weapon in particular, not too long and not too short.
As for her attire, this is just one of the varying outfits she has. Her wardrobe is mainly of this look, the punk rocker vibe. Her general attire however is usually a black tank and black jean short shorts with her favorite boots. Maybe some fishnets no pun intended

I started this at 4am this morning, it's now 9:40am. I think Ifinished this in maybe like frick 3+hrs. I stopped almost finished to shower and drive everybody around.
