Hehe, thanks. The story was they were an avian race waiting for their phoenix god to be reborn so they can lead the avians to victory over the grounded races.

That was until the felines (other characters in my gallery) found out about the prophecy and 'interrupted' it. Needless to say, they'll have some very angry birdies coming to find out what happened. Or so the story goes if I ever get around to writing it.
