Ummmmmmmm...I did have a link to a website that gave loads of good advice on digital painting, but that link has been lost to the annals of time.
Best advice I can give you at the moment is to practice & make it up as you go along. Beyond the basics of shading, there isn't any particular tutorial or website I used to improve my skills. It's just time, practice & experimentation.
