Mosha's Elephant Parade 2013

Dana Point

This nice lady was the hostess of the parade. She said I was the most elaborate person she has seen at the parade, and there have been many. She was very kind ^^

I was there last Wednesday. I did my part and got one of the mini elephant statues from the shop. Of course it was the original one "Gray elephant with flag cast on artificial leg" #874 of 10,000
20% of all sales go to the elephant foundation. How could i not help :)

I got one too! I first learned about this on the news in August, and i wanted to see the elephants in a line. I was lucky Red Monkey went with me. I would not have gotten pictures if he didn't come.

I missed out cause i hear about it after they were all spread out around Dana point. At least i got to see most of em.. :)

They are all together right now. This is the closing week to see them all together. You have till the Nov 16. On Nov 16 is the actual auctions. The smaller elephants go for $4,000 each.

Yeah. I saw it too. I think those were in different countries or different years. I didn't see the tiger elephant.

In the video there was absolutely no reaction from the tourist that you were following and the others who you tried to give a friendly hug to. 



Did a few of the young children come up to you with hugs on you the first day you visited?

One the first day, it was constant. This time, since it was an official day, there was literally only the people you saw on the camera. But when they were all spread out the first time, I ran into all sorts of people taking pictures with them
