This is so vivid. I can picture you getting your gear together at a quarter to 4 in the morning trying to get some of your Running done. I could see you grab it all up and go out to meet your friends, warming up your body in the light gaze of the sunrise. As you continue to have fun with your friends in the activities that you do in daily routine. Enjoying the life living edge thriller of what is Running. Just phenomenal. Seems like the flow is of sun up to sun down. It would be perfect background for this.

As for musical to your beat, I really don't want to touch this at all its perfect the way it is, from introduction to end. One of my favorites to have listened to thus far. <3
