Supposedly, it's a ferret. It talks and was dirt cheap.
Bought it at a store that sold items made by locals and this was old.
The tag said it was a Farret.

OMG, I use to have one of those years ago, love the various chatter noises it use to make.

The photo was taking round 2006, but I know we had it longer than that. I think we bought it at a Toys-R-Us back then. I do recall seeing my nephew, who was 1yr old at the time, playing with it back in 2010-2011 one time and I was amazed the batteries were still working in the thing since there was no visible way I could tell how to replace them without cutting open the poor thing. I'll tell ya, Hold onto that ferret, it mite just turn into one of those valuable beanie babies in 10-15 years. :3
