EDIT: Changed name and resaved the file in PS. Apparently Painter fizzles when it has to deal with transparency. Also tidied up the edges so it would look much more crisp.

My part in the 151 Artist Poke Collab, featured by  rickyhorror! Raichu is my favorite of all time. I tried to pick a less popular one, but I couldn't resist. X3
