Brock had been having a bad day, and really felt like a beer or two to help him relax. Trouble is, his Post Traumatic Age Regression Syndrome was part of the bad day, and it had left him just over two years old. You can't really go into a bar and order a beer if you're toddling around in a diaper. Not even, as he explained to Zee-Zee, if you're a potty-trained two-year-old!
But you can always have a drink (of cream soda) at home, and pretend you're in a grown-up bar! ^.^

Heehee, really? I checked Wikipedia to see if 'cream soda' means something different in America, and it mentioned all kinds of funny colours around the world, but I didn't notice blue! It's colourless in this country, but it gets a fizzy beer-like froth when you pour it out! ^.^
Ya know I've never tried cream soda. Do like RootBeer though. ^^ Still it's always fun to have a fizzy sugary caffeinated drink with a friend and then crash out on the couch with em an hour later and wait for a grown up to come by and put you to bed and maybe change ya first.
Cream Soda is generally pink or clear here too. In any case, I'm sure it's much tastier than anything alcoholic.
Fun Fact: Cream Soda got its name from being the preferred soda used in the creation of Ice Cream Floats! Somehow, however, I suspect your grownups might be leery of giving you those due to the frankly startling amounts of sugar involved...
