Not bad at all! Though if you do want critique, I'm up to offering it.

Really, as it's a flat-colored image, I just have two things to critique you about: See if you can do something about those white spots that your paint tool didn't get (if you have to use a pen to dso it, do so, don't be afraid of getting your hands dirty) and see if you can grab other colors off Kyurem to five a better contrast between parts. He's not ALL uniformly light blue, after all and the non-ice parts being that color is a bit jarring.

Don't just use the fill bucket. Use Magic Wand, go to Selection>Increment(1) and hit it a few times. Again, don't be afraid of going in there with an eraser or something and cleaning out those extra pixels if they're being a bother.

actually i did use magic wand other wise the bucket just covers everything i actually used two layers of the image one i colored, the other untouched but changed to be shading. as for pen tool you probably never saw my renamon and terriermon hugging pic that i colored using the MSPaint program and used only the pen tool. man that one took me weeks to do.
